On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2025, the Home Owner Grant Regulation, B.C. Reg. 100/2002, is amended in

section 22 by striking out "$2 150 000" and substituting "$2 175 000".
