OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 7, 2006, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 84-1092, dated September 18, 1984, by: (

a) striking out the

Schedule "E" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for Order in Council 84-1092; (

b) substituting therefore

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of this Report and Recommendation; (

c) striking out the number 0.22 under acreage and substituting therefore the number 1; and (

d) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
