OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Seniors and Long Term Care dated March 9, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Seniors and Long Term Care entering into a renewed agreement, for a three-year term, as a party to the Inter-governmental Agreement for the Management of the Federal, Provincial and Territorial Seniors Forum Budget, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
