, I designate the area generally known as the Northwest Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of Centreville-Wareham-Trinity as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Bonavista North abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 283,078 metres and northing 5,435,605 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 3,988 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 287,062 metres and northing 5,435,791 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 1,010 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 287,444 metres and northing 5,434,856 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 903 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 286,965 metres and northing 5,434,090 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 1,373 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 287,271 metres and northing 5,432,752 metres;

Then running in a southerly direction for a distance of 1,450 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 287,176 metres and northing 5,431,305 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 385 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 286,952 metres and northing 5,430,992 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 741 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 286,212 metres and northing 5,431,020 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 2,619 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 283,618 metres and northing 5,430,658 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 769 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 283,093 metres and northing 5,430,096 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 956 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 282,148 metres and northing 5,429,952 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 2,883 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 279,725 metres and northing 5,431,515 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 2,394 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 277,364 metres and northing 5,431,913 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 1,130 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 276,562 metres and northing 5,432,710 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 2,350 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 274,319 metres and northing 5,433,408 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 3,045 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 275,141 metres and northing 5,436,340 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 2,379 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 277,498 metres and northing 5,436,662 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 1,656 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 278,953 metres and northing 5,435,873 metres;

Then running in a easterly direction for a distance of 4,134 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All co-ordinates refer Zone 22 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.
