Order in Council 1268/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Optometry Act, 1991 , Andre Tilban-Rios of Markham be appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Optometrists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective the date this Order in Council is made to and including December 31, 2021.
