OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 4, 2016, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring land at Jordan Falls, Shelburne County, Nova Scotia, identified as PID 80116809 and 80116783, and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Shannon Woodward, Jonathan Pippy, Steven Pippy, Andrea Pippy Fitzgerald, Jeffrey Woodward, and Michael Pippy, their executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $331,767 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Shannon Woodward, Jonathan Pippy, Steven Pippy, Andrea Pippy Fitzgerald, Jeffrey Woodward, and Michael Pippy, their executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
