Order in Council 383/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 2437/2017 dated December 14, 2017, Michael Strople was reappointed as a member of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario pursuant to

section 2 of the Liquor Control Act ;

And

whereas Michael Strople resigned effective September 27, 2018;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 2437/2017 dated December 14, 2017 is revoked effective September 27, 2018.
