B.C. Reg. 61/2020 , deposited March 20, 2020, under the UTILITIES COMMISSION ACT [sections 22 and 125.1 (4) (b)]. Ministerial Order M76/2020, dated March 19, 2020.

I, Bruce Ralston, Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, order that

the Apollo Forest Products Ltd. Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 242/2016, is amended

(

a) in

section 1 by adding the following definition:

"biomass fuel processing project" means the project to construct and operate a biomass fuel processing, screening and

handling facility located adjacent to the biomass thermal generation facility. ,

(

b) in

section 1 by repealing the definition of "project" and substituting the following:

"biomass thermal generation facility" means the 40 MW biomass thermal generation facility approximately 6 km north of the

authority's Fort St. James No. 2 Substation; ,

(

c) in

section 2 by striking out " and " at the end of paragraph (a),

(

d) in

section 2 (

b) by striking out " the project " and substituting " the biomass thermal generation facility ", and

(

e) in

section 2 by adding " , and " at the end of paragraph (

b) and by adding the following paragraph:

c) the provision of service respecting the transmission of electricity from the

authority's transmission system to the biomass fuel processing project.
