Interpretation Act

Short title This Act may be cited as The

Interpretation Amendment Act. Rev. Stat. c.I-11,

section amended Subsection 21(1) of The

Interpretation Act is amended by striking out “of the magistrates’ courts appointed under The Magistrates’ Courts Act” in the fourth and fifth lines of paragraph and substituting the following: “appointed under The Provincial Court Act”. 1978, c.29, s.1; R.S.S. 1978, c.33 (Supp.), s.2.
