Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, and to Repeal
Chapter 40 of the Acts of 2010, the Offshore Licensing Policy Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 4, 5 and 10 of
Chapter 36 of the Acts of 2015,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, and to Repeal
Chapter 40 of the Acts of 2010, the Offshore Licensing Policy Act , do come into force on and not before March 1, 2016.
