OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 7, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective April 15, 2014, authorize the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to: (

a) enter into an Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada for the Framework Agreement for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police First Nations Community Policing Service, substantially in the form set out in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) enter into Community Tripartite Agreements with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada and the Potlotek First Nation, Waycobah First Nation, Wagmatcook First Nation, Eskasoni First Nation, Pictou Landing First Nation, Shubenacadie First Nation, and the Millbrook First Nation, substantially in the form set out in Schedules "B" to "H", respectively, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
