definitions apply in this Act. 1 Les définitions qui suivent s’appliquent à la présente loi. “Commission” means the Electoral Boundaries and Representation Commission established on July 15, 2022, under subsection 2(2) of the Electoral Boundaries and Representation Act. (Commission) “electoral district #16” means the electoral district identified as “ED #16 - Tantramar” in the final report.
