Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 13, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of certain lands containing an area of 0.95 acres, more or less, situate at Lower East Pubnico, County of Yarmouth, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and identified as Lot A on

Schedule "B", and

Schedule "A- 1" and identified as Well No. 3, No. 4 and No. 2 on

Schedule "B-1" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the land to the Municipality of the District of Argyle, a duly incorporated Municipality, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
