Order in Council 1702/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Pierre Brunelle was appointed as part-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective May 31, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 686/2021;

And

whereas the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal was continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal on June 1, 2021;

And

whereas Pierre Brunelle tendered his resignation effective September 10, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 686/2021 be revoked effective September 10, 2021.
