Order in Council 38/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 1660/2020, effective December 10, 2020, Julie Lantaigne of Hamilton was appointed as a member of the Ontario French-language Educational Communications Authority;

And

whereas , Julie Lantaigne has submitted a notice of resignation from such position;

Now therefore, pursuant to

section 2 of the Ontario French-Language Educational Communications Authority Act, 2008 , Order in Council 1660/2020 is revoked effective October 21, 2022.
