OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 5, 2006, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a lease by the Minister of Natural Resources of a parcel of Crown land containing 0.65 hectare, more or less, situate near Pleasant Hills, in the County of Colchester, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Reginald Fulton of Bass River, in the County of Colchester, his heirs, successors and permitted assigns for the purpose of a hunting and fishing camp or other like purpose, for a term of ten (10) years at the annual rent of three hundred dollars ($300.00) with the right to renew the lease for a further ten (10) year term at a rent to be fixed by the Lessor, provided that the Lessee has satisfactorily complied with terms and conditions of the lease; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
