OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 7, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to

Section 3 of

Chapter 420 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Senior Citizens' Secretariat Act, is pleased, effective January 7, 2009, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson as a member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Senior Citizens' Secretariat; and (

b) appoint the Honourable Len Goucher as a member and designate him as Chair of the Nova Scotia Senior Citizens' Secretariat.
