Order in Council 1326/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of subsection 5(2) of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act ,

Paul McQueen of Singhampton

be re-appointed as part-time member of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for a fixed term ending on December 31, 2022, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
