OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 13, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 110 of

Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2010, the Personal Health Information Act , is pleased to amend the Personal Health Information Regulations , N.S. Reg. 217/2012, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2012-371 dated December 4, 2012, to permit the Nova Scotia Health Authority and the IWK Health Centre to collect, use and disclose personal health information for the purposes of planning and management of health services, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after October 31, 2017.
