Order in Council 1813/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1380/2020 made October 1, 2020 in accordance with subsection 10 (1) of the Legislation Act, 2006, and pursuant to subsection 102 (1) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 , Devon Clunis was appointed as Inspector General of Policing;

And

whereas Devon Clunis has, in writing, resigned his appointment as Inspector General of Policing effective December 30, 2021;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 102 (1) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 and in accordance with subsection 10 (1) of the Legislation Act, 2006, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1380/2020, dated October 1, 2020, appointing Devon Clunis as Inspector General of Policing, is hereby revoked effective December 30, 2021.
