Section 7 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to, effective February 1, 2002, appoint Kent L. Noseworthy of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of office of three years.
