Wednesday, September 23, 1998 and from 7:00 p.m., Monday September 28, 1998 until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 3, 1998: The Honourable Donald Downe; To be Acting Minister of Labour and Acting Minister responsible for the Workers' Compensation Act from 10:30 a.m. until 8:35 p.m., Monday, September 28, 1998: The Honourable Keith Colwell; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Fr. Paul Abbass of R.R. #2 North Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, while employed with the Diocese of Antigonish; R.

Mary Robson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, while employed with the Youth Alternative Society; and Valerie Soy of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire September 30, 2003.
