Order in Council 1281/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Daniel Fiorini was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective October 14, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1382/2021;

And

whereas Daniel Fiorini tendered his resignation effective July 3, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1382/2021 be revoked effective July 3, 2022.
