OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated May 13, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia,1989, the Public Service Act is pleased to authorize the Nova Scotia Tourism Agency, on behalf of the Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to enter into an agreement with the Halifax Port Authority, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 24, 2014.
