OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness, dated January 30, 2020, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint William C. Hart of Halifax Regional Municipality (Tantallon) and Rosanne LeBlanc of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Advisory Commission on AIDS, each for a term of three years commencing March 7, 2020; (

b) reappoint Denise Rooney of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member and designate her as Chair of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a term of three years commencing March 7, 2020; and (

c) determine that Denise Rooney will be remunerated for her services as Chair of the Advisory Commission on AIDS in the amount of $1,000 per annum, to be paid on a pro rata basis.
