B.C. Reg. 223/2003, deposited June 19, 2003, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated June 18, 2003.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

1. A reserve is established for minerals over the following lands in the Osoyoos Mining Division, Similkameen Division of Yale Land District:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

2. A free miner may locate or record a mineral claim in the reserve established by

section 1 subject to the conditions listed in

section 3.

3. A free miner must not obstruct, endanger or interfere with or allow any other person to obstruct, endanger or interfere with the construction, operation or maintenance of a ski resort in the reserve established by
