Order in Council 501/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Amanda Marshall of Fort Erie be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Amanda Marshall was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective January 7, 2026 by Order in Council O.C. 1622/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1622/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
