Order in Council 1234/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , David Lanthier of Kingston be reappointed a full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a period effective January 1, 2019, and ending December 31, 2019.
