OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated March 7, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective May 9, 2023, to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services entering into a net debt obligation for the capital costs associated with the modernization of the Land Registry.
