Statute: Canadian Forces Reservists Protection Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for Military Relations dated April 19, 2007, pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2006, the Canadian Forces Reservists Protection Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that (

a) Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2006, the Canadian Forces Reservists Protection Act, except Sections 3 to 7 of

Chapter 13, do come into force on and not before April 24, 2007; and (

b) Sections 3 to 7 of

Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2006, the Canadian Forces Reservists Protection Act, do come into force on and not before July 1, 2007.
