OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated November 7, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 356 of

Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2011, the Elections Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Vincent MacLean of Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, as Chair of the Election Commission for a term of five years effective on and after December 1, 2019; and (

b) determine that Vincent MacLean be remunerated for his service in the amount of $250 per day for Commission meetings and be reimbursed for such reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as chair of the Election Commission, provided such reimbursement does not exceed that normally paid to members of the civil service.
