be it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative A ssembly of A lberta, as follows: O perating expense and capital investm ent 1(1) From the General Revenue Fund, there may be paid and applied a sum of $41 251 568 towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the Legislative A ssembly classed as operating expense or operating expense and capital investment for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2000, as shown in the Schedule, including the amount of $12 933 000 voted by

section 1(1) of the A ppropriation (Interim Supply) A ct, 1999.

(2) From the General Revenue Fund, there may be paid and applied a sum of $13 149 586 000 towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the Public Service classed as operating expense or operating expense and capital investment for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2000, as shown in the Schedule, including the amount of $3 336 869 000 voted by

section 1(2) of the A ppropriation (Interim Supply) A ct, 1999. 1

section 4, there may be paid and applied from the Lottery Fund a sum of $769 500 000 towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the Public Service classed as Lottery Fund payments for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2000, as shown in the Schedule, including the amount of $187 826 000 voted by

section 3 of the A ppropriation (Interim Supply) A ct, 1999. Lottery Fund transfer for D ebt R epaym ent / C ontingency R eserve 4 The amount to be paid and applied from the Lottery Fund for Debt Repayment / Contingency Reserve identified in the Lottery Fund Estimates shall be increased so that the net revenue of the Lottery Fund at the end of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2000 is nil.
