Order in Council 430/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 813/2012, dated May 30, 2012, Dr. Christopher A. Bourdon was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Christopher A. Bourdon has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective June 28, 2016;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 813/2012, dated May 30, 2012, appointing Dr. Christopher A. Bourdon as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
