OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, dated May 22, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective October 24, 2019, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement between Nova Scotia and Canada in respect of the Memorial Grant for First Responders substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
