OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated April 7, 2014, and upon notice of a fee increase having been presented to the House of Assembly in accordance with

Section 4 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2007, the Fees Act, and pursuant to

Section 40 of

Chapter 33 of the Acts of 2008, the Animal Protection Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the Animal Cruelty Appeal Board in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 24, 2015.
