OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 4, 2020, and pursuant to

section 802.1 of the Criminal Code is pleased to approve the authorization of legal services provided by articled clerks and law students in clinical programs as approved agents for the purposes of s. 802.1 of the Criminal Code effective as of April 7, 2020.
