OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 1, 2001, and pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, and

Section 13 of

Chapter 504 of the said Revised Statutes, the Wildlife Act, and pursuant to the terms of an Implementation Agreement signed June 16, 1994, between Ducks Unlimited Canada and Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to: (

a) accept the conveyance, at no cost, of lands containing approximately 465+ acres, subject to survey, situated at Cole Harbour, Halifax County, shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Ducks Unlimited Canada; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
