OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change dated February 24, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective March 10, 2022, to authorize the Minister of Environment and Climate Change entering into a Funding Agreement with Western Climate Initiative Inc., in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
