OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 14, 2005, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of approximately 170 hectares, more or less, situate at Tracadie Road, Guysborough County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Municipality of the District of Guysborough, a body corporate with its registered office at Guysborough, Guysborough County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $451.23 per hectare, the exact area to be determined by a survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
