SPECIAL CONSTABLE EQUIPMENT AMENDMENT REGULATION

Made by the Solicitor General (M.O. 10/02) on December 31, 2002 pursuant to

section 62 of the Police Act.

1 The Special Constable Equipment Regulation (AR 322/90) is amended by

this Regulation.

2 The following is added after

section 9:

10 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for

ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be repassed in

its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation expires

on March 31, 2005.

AMENDMENT REGULATION

Made by the Minister of Human Resources and Employment (M.O. 86/01) on July

30, 2001 pursuant to

section 13(2)(

b) of the Assured Income for the

Severely Handicapped Act.

1 The Facilities, Institutions, Health Benefits Regulation (AR 209/99) is

amended by this Regulation.

Schedule 2 is amended in

section 1 by adding the following after clause

(m):

(

n) community residential facilities that receive funding from the

Department of Justice.

Made by the Deputy Premier and Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural

Development (M.O. 43/2002) on December 23, 2002 pursuant to

section

44(2)(

d) of the Agricultural Societies Act.

1 The forms in the

Schedule are the forms prescribed for the purposes of

the Agricultural Societies Act.

Expiry

2 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for

ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be re-passed

in its present or an amended form following a review, this Regulation

expires on July 1, 2012.
