Order in Council 472/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Laura Hodgson was appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 471/2018 dated March 12, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Laura Hodgson of Ottawa be appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
