Order in Council 88/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Act, 2006 , Iftikhar Choudry of Brampton be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective March 30, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
