Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of 5.814 acres, situate at Hants Border, Kings County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to E. Andres Holdings

(1995) Limited, a company incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1750, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
