Order in Council 739/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(2) and 4(1) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act ,

Sarah Bros, of North Bay

be reappointed as a part-time member and designated as Vice-Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority effective the date of this Order in Council, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years from the effective date of this appointment.

Further that pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act , Order in Council numbered O.C. 133/2021 is revoked, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
