An Act to provide for the Observance of

Remembrance Day

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows:

Holiday proclaimed

1. Remembrance Day, being November 11 of each year, is a public holiday for the purposes of

Part VII of the Employment Standards Act and is a school holiday for the purposes of the Education Act .
