The list of protected characteristics under the Code is expande d to cover physical size and weight. H175 amended The Human Rights Code is amended by this Act. Modification du c. H175 de la C.P.L.M. 1 La présente loi modifie le Code des droits de la personne . 2 Subsection 9(2) is amended by adding the following after clause (m): (
