On motion, the Minutes of May 7, 2026 were adopted as circulated. The Committee recessed proceedings at p.m. and resumed at 6:03 p.m. The Committee recessed proceedings at 6:45 p.m. and resumed at 6:52 p.m. The Committee recessed proceedings at 7:41 p.m. and resumed at 7:53 p.m. The Committee recessed proceedings at 8:22 p.m. and resumed at 8:27 p.m. The Committee recessed proceedings at 8:42 p.m. and resumed at 8:46 p.m. The Committee recessed proceedings at p.m. and resumed at 9:04 p.m.. The Committee reviewed and passed, without amendment, the Estimates of Executive Council.
