OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 20, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the Transfer of Administration and Control of PID 15378854, Louisbourg, Cape Breton County, containing a total area of approximately .3005 hectares +/- (.74 ac. +/-) of land and lands covered by water as shown in bold on

Schedule 'A' attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, for the consideration of $26,600; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order, effective on and after December 15, 2009.
