Order in Council 183/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Claudia Cynthia Belda Perez, Barrister and Solicitor of Thunder Bay, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective March 4, 2021.
