OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 17, 2026, pursuant to
Section 46 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2025, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2025) Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Part II of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2025, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2025) Act, do come into force on and not before March 3, 2026.
